Work is progressing on an urban sky park in Manchester as the National Trust and partners transform a steel viaduct into a green space that celebrates the industrial heritage of Castlefield.

The aparthotel operator Staycity has opened a new-build property at Germany’s Frankfurt Airport, its third opening in 2022 bringing its total apartment count up to 5,000.

North Wharf Gardens, a mixed-use regeneration development in Paddington, London, has reached practical completion.

The HRH Group has completed the £1m renovation of the former Lamb & Lion pub in York. Now known as The Fat Badger York, the pub occupies two grade II listed buildings partially built into the city walls.
